The scene opens up to a beautiful sunny day where we see a young woman standing outside of what appears to be a studio. She has long blonde hair tied back into a messy bun and she's dressed casually in jeans and a white tank top. As the camera zooms in closer, it becomes clear that something isn't quite right - this woman has an enormous blueberry belly!

Her skin looks pale and sickly as if she hasn't eaten anything in days. The photographer approaches her cautiously, asking "Are you okay? Do you need any help?

" But before he can get too close, the woman turns away from him and begins to walk towards the door. He follows closely behind her, trying desperately to catch up but she keeps moving faster than he can keep up. Finally, they reach the end of the hallway and there stands another man waiting for them.

This time though, instead of being concerned about their wellbeing like the first guy, this one seems more interested in taking pictures. He asks "Can I take your picture now? " And without hesitation, the woman nods yes.

They snap several photos together until finally, the woman breaks down crying. It's then that the photographer realizes just how serious things are...
