The knight knew that if there was trouble brewing, it would be up to him to put a stop to it. As he made his way through the dense forest, the knight came across a clearing where a large tree had fallen over. In its branches hung a dark figure - a woman dressed all in black.

She stared down at him with piercing eyes, her face hidden behind a mask. The knight's heart raced as he realized what she must have done. He drew his sword and approached cautiously.

"Who are you? " he asked, trying not to show how afraid he felt. But the woman remained silent, watching him intently.

Suddenly, she reached out and grabbed hold of one of the branches, pulling herself up into the tree. With a flash of lightning, she disappeared from sight. The knight stood still, wondering what to do next.

Should he give chase? Or should he return home empty handed? Just then, he heard footsteps approaching from behind.

Turning around, he found himself facing another knight - but this one wore no armor, only a simple tunic and leggings. "What brings you here, my friend? " the second knight asked.

"I am investigating rumors of strange happenings," replied the first knight. "But I fear they may be true. " Together, the two knights continued their search until finally, they came upon a small village nestled deep within the woods.

As they entered, they could hear voices raised in anger and fear. It seemed that something terrible had happened here...
