The scene opens up to reveal a beautiful young lady named Sarah who has just finished her morning workout routine at the gym. She takes off her sports bra and sweatpants before stepping into the shower room where she begins to clean herself thoroughly. Afterwards, she steps out of the shower feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead.

Sarah walks over towards one of the lockers located near the changing area and grabs her favorite pair of jeans along with a white t-shirt which she then puts on. Before Sarah can respond, Emily hands her a small device resembling a cell phone but much larger in size. "This is what I've been working on," says Emily proudly. "It's called 'Air Pump Belly Inflator'.

It'll help you achieve your dream body faster. " Without hesitation, Sarah accepts the offer and places it inside her pocket. The two friends continue chatting until suddenly, Sarah feels a sharp pain in her stomach followed by a loud hissing sound coming from within.

Looking down, she realizes that her abdomen has begun rapidly expanding due to the effects of the Air Pump Belly Inflator. Embarrassed yet intrigued, Sarah decides to test its limits even more by turning up the dial all the way to maximum capacity. Within seconds, her entire torso becomes engulfed in a massive balloon-like structure causing her to lose balance and fall backwards onto the floor.

To everyone else's surprise, both girls begin laughing uncontrollably upon seeing each other's newly enlarged bodies. After regaining composure, Sarah suggests taking pictures of themselves using their phones while still holding the devices in hand. Together they snap several photos capturing every detail of this unique experience including their bulging midsections and wide smiles.

Once satisfied with their collection, they decide to head home for lunch since neither one had eaten anything earlier today. On arrival, they enter their respective apartments and sit down at their kitchen tables. While waiting for food to cook, they scroll through their gallery app looking at all the funny faces they made during the shoot.

Suddenly, Emily spots another picture taken moments ago showing Sarah lying flat on her back with her legs spread open exposing her vagina.
