The scene opens up at nighttime in a busy city street where a policewoman can be seen sitting on a toilet outside of her patrol vehicle. She looks tired but determined as she takes off her bulletproof vest and holster before entering the restroom. As she sits down, she notices something strange about this particular bathroom - there's no sink!

Instead, there are two large tanks filled with water that look like they could hold hundreds of gallons each. The policewoman quickly realizes what must have happened here; someone has been using these tanks to flush away evidence from their crimes. With a heavy heart, she grabs some paper towels from underneath the sink and begins wiping down every surface she can find.

After spending several minutes cleaning up, she finally feels satisfied enough to leave the bathroom and get back out onto the streets. But just as she steps out into the cold air, she hears footsteps approaching behind her...
