The Hatman - A Mysterious Figure in Black and White A mysterious figure has been spotted around town, dressed in all black from head to toe except for a white top hat. He's always seen walking down the street, never talking to anyone but keeping to himself. People have tried approaching him, but he seems uninterested in conversation.

Some say they've even caught glimpses of him disappearing into thin air! The police are investigating this strange character, but so far no leads have turned up. Who is the Hatman?
