Superman stood tall and proud as he surveyed his beloved Metropolis from atop one of its skyscrapers. The sun shone brightly overhead, casting a warm glow over the bustling streets below. But something wasn't right - there were dark clouds gathering above him, and soon enough they began to release their contents onto the city.

Smoke filled the air, obscuring Superman's vision and making it difficult to breathe. He knew he had to act quickly if he wanted to save the people of Metropolis. With a mighty roar, he leapt into action, flying through the thickening haze towards the source of the pollution.

As he got closer, he could see what was causing all this destruction - a massive factory spewing out black smoke into the atmosphere. Without hesitation, he flew straight towards it, determined to put an end to this environmental disaster once and for all. Just then, another figure appeared in the distance - a villainous looking character who seemed intent on stopping Superman in his tracks.

It was none other than Lex Luthor himself!
