The scene opens up to a beautiful sunny day at the beach where a young lady named Sarah is enjoying herself by playing volleyball with some of her friends. Suddenly, she notices something strange happening to one of them as they are all laughing hysterically while pointing towards her direction. She quickly turns around only to find herself surrounded by a group of people who seem to be taking pictures of her.

Confused and embarrassed, she tries to cover herself but it's too late as everyone has already taken their shots. As she walks away from the crowd, she can hear someone shouting "Hey! Can we get a picture of your belly?

It looks so huge! " Sarah feels like she wants to cry as she realizes how ridiculous this whole situation seems. But then again, maybe there's more to this than meets the eye...
