The scene opens up to Dio Brando standing outside of a high rise building. He has long blond hair flowing down past his shoulders as he stares at the skyline. Suddenly, a bright light flashes across the horizon, followed by a loud boom.

The ground begins to tremble beneath him as buildings start to crumble around him. As the dust settles, Dio stands there alone amidst the rubble. His clothes are torn and tattered from the explosion, but he seems unharmed.

With a look of determination in his eyes, he walks towards the wreckage of what used to be his home. As he approaches the debris, he sees something glinting amongst the ruins - it's a golden key! He reaches out to grab it, but before he can touch it, a voice calls out to him.

"Hey, you! " It's a woman's voice, but her face remains hidden behind a mask. She steps forward into view, revealing herself to be none other than Harley Quinn.

"What do you think you're doing? " she asks. "I found this," says Dio, holding up the key.

"It looks valuable. " Harley laughs. "Oh yeah?

Well I have some bad news for ya buddy... this ain't no ordinary key. This here is the Key to the City.

And if anyone finds out about its existence, they'll come after us both. " Without hesitation, Dio replies, "Then we better get moving. Let me help you carry these bricks back to your hideout so we can figure out how to use them.

" And just like that, the two criminals set off together on their next big adventure.
