The scene opens up at a luxurious resort where a beautiful young lady named Sarah is enjoying her vacation by the poolside. She has just finished swimming laps when she decides to take a break and relax under one of the many umbrellas provided by the hotel staff. As she lounges there, she notices something strange about herself - her body seems to be shrinking!

At first, she thinks it's some kind of optical illusion but then realizes that this isn't the case as she sees her arms getting shorter and shorter until they disappear completely into thin air. Confused and scared, Sarah tries to get out of the water but finds that she can no longer move her legs either. Just when things seem like they couldn't get any worse, Sarah hears someone calling her name from behind...
